Lewis Home Inspection

Lewis Home Inspection located in Mt. Sterling Kentucky is owned and operated by Stanley Lewis. Stan, has a vast knowledge of over 35 years in performing maintenance to utility systems, overseeing construction projects and a home inspector.

His work history includes 25 ½ years with the US Department Of Justice (DOJ), 5 ½ years in the US Navy (SEABEES) and four years as a home inspector.

    A breakdown of the job positions held were:

  

• Four years as a Kentucky Licensed home inspector.

• Five years with the DOJ, as a Construction Inspector whereby the duties included overseeing and managing contractors in roofing, electrical, fire protection, asbestos removal, heating & cooling, plumbing and various construction projects.

• Seventeen years with the DOJ, as a Steamfitter / Pipefitter Supervisor where he was responsible for maintenance, repairs and renovations to the utilities systems.

• Three and one half years with the DOJ, as a Power-Plant Supervisor, whereby he was responsible for operating the central power-plant that provided heating and water distribution.

• Five and one half years in the US Navy, as a Utilitiesman, were his duties included, fire protection, asbestos removal, heating & cooling, plumbing and various construction projects.
